COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A British Pale Ale never tasted so fresh. We challenge our good friends across the pond to match this one. Can’t be done. We’ve honored the traditions of the great British Pale brewers of Burton-on-Trent using our patented Firestone Union oak barrels. You’re left with a mild blend of vanilla and toasted oak flavor touched with an elegant hint of English noble hops. DBA is the flagship of our company and wildly popular

Copper with a tight, lacing white head. English hops in the aroma with a tad of oak as well. Some caramel and vanilla flavours along with an appropriate hop bitterness. Velvety mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very clean finish without a notable hop scrubbing that some pales/ipas have on the palate. Extremely drinkable.

A very nice barreled beer. Pours a bright amber with very little head. Smells of bourbon and a bit of vanilla. Taste is oak and bourbon all the way, quite sweet with a bit of salted caramel. Good pairing beer. Tasted at the Black and White Beer Ball for SF Beer Week.

Pours a medium hold with a white head and lacing. It has a nice aroma of pale malt and some piney hops. The flavor is malt up front with a slightly bitter backbone and balanced finish over a medium body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a lightly hazy burnt Auburn with a frothy off white head. Aroma of toast, vanilla, caramel, earth and spicy hops. Taste is a rich base of caramel, toast,, floral hop aromas, earth and a crisp spicy noble hop profile with a touch of vanilla and wood on the finish. Smooth, balanced bitter!

From bottle. Nice head on amber body with modest aroma. Rich, complex taste with nice notes from the oak. An enjoyable twist on an ESB.

Aromas of biscuit and toast, caramel, mild earthy hops, somewhat herbaceous. Clear red-brown with a quickly fading white head. Malt-forward with great balance. Medium bodied, very sessionable with nice complexity as well.

Nice copper color with a cream colored foamy head. Aroma has some oxidation, bread, earthy, slight berry/orange fruitiness, and herbal notes. Taste is light fruit (orange candy and berries), herbal, bread/grain, slight toffee, and cracker. Low bitterness and slight sweetness. Soft carbonation, light-med body. Really easy drinking.
