Draft @ the brewery. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty woody bourbon vanilla aroma with woody hints. Sweetish malty woody bourbon and vanilla flavor with caramel toffee hints. Has a sweetish malty woody caramel and bourbon finish with hints of vanilla.

Sample @ CBC. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, flowers, candy sugar, malt and hops.

Bottle at CBC 2013. Clear amber - offwhite head. Caramel, sweetness, barley, toastes, wooden, coconut, raisins, nutty, light candy sweetnes,s knækbrød, american oakey vanilla/coconut, warming alcohol. Nice.

Pours clear chestnut brown with very little head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, toffee, chestnut, hazel, oak and port. Medium carbonation, nice oily and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour is nicely balanced but also quite sweet and sticky. Oak, port, light oxidation, vinoius, sugary. Quite warming finish.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy dark amber with a slight beige head, which didn’t last long but tried to ring. Aroma is rich malt with hints of wood and perhaps treacle. Arguably full bodied. Flavor is light brown sugar, light oak astringency, and some light hop. Comes across a bit treacle. The heat is not really present to a noticeable extent. The individual flavors seemed light, but the sum is greater than the parts. The overall effect is a lot of flavor. Really excellent ale.

Draught @ CBC 2013: Amber coloured. Unclear. Dnese beige head. Aroma: Caramel, spice, ripe fruits, some sweetness, oak, brown sugar, herbs. Flavour: Ripe fruits, caramel, brown sugar, herbs, oak, bourbon, spice. Medium to full bodied. Ends fruity and woody.

Bottle... Pours clear, dark and dirty-orange with a small, creamy, off-white head. The nose is an intermingling of toffee, coconut and an unidentified fruity element. Full-bodied and buttery with modest carbonation. The flavor is a sweet stream of gooey caramel and rich vanilla. Lengthy, sweet finish. Kudos to newcigarz for sharing this one with the crew!
