COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Double Jack IPA is our first ever Imperial IPA. It features a big malty middle to cloak the high alcohol and mouth puckering hop bitterness. Huge tangerine, grapefruit and juicy fruit aroma blossom over the herbal blue basil and malt earthiness of this aggressive beer. Best enjoyed in moderation.

This is one of my favorite DIPAs, golden pour with a white head, Citrua and hoppy with some caramel malts on the nose, wonderful hoppiness on the flavor and smooth and creamy. This beer is awesome.

Poured from 22oz bomber, pours a crystal clear light golden/orange with a thin head and some lacing, the arom has a ton of citrus and hops, the flavor has a dank wet hop front end with some citrus and mango in the finish, nice mouthfeel, very smooth. It hides the 9.5% extremely well, good stuff.

[bottle] Potent hops aroma of pine, cat pee, currants, pineapple, and a little citrus. Almost clear deep gold under a lasting, off-white cover. Intense hops flavour that comes in with some base malt sweetness and ending with an assertive but not quite harsh hops bitterness. Some of the sweetness is probably from ethanol. Complex flavour includes apricot, pine, ethanol, cat pee, and other resinous hops notes. Medium to full body, medium carbonation, residual bitterness in the finish.

Pours a golden amber colour, clear with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is quite hoppy with noticeable citrus fruit undertones and some caramel malt. Not very sweet or bitter, but it is consistent and balanced with a slightly greater bitter bite. Creamy mouth feel, medium body and softer carbonation. Overall an awesome double IPA.

Tap @ Pony w James. Fresh pine aroma, fresh pine palate. Tons of fresh hop. A quintessential imperial IPA. Straight-forward, bold.

On tap and snifter served at Lunar Brewing Co., displaying a clear & bright golden color, creamy, off white head foam, and a band of clingy lacing at the rim that broke up somewhat as the liquid decreased. The aroma was expressive pine and citrus as orange & pungent grapefruit, smooth malt and complementary sweetness. Medium+ body, some creaminess to the mouthfeel, warming alcohol from the start, medium, earthy, tanniny, lingering astringency, and decent malt content to balance described the flavor. The finish offered some sweetness, but was mainly bitter, crisp, and dry. Very impressive!

Clear gold with rocky white head. Nice lace. Big hoppy nose of orange, grapefruit, and pine. Flavor follows with just a touch of caramel malt. A little soapy and perfumey. Big bitterness. Light mouthfeel. Good drinker for DIPA.

Wow! This one is definitely a keeper. Iím not a huge fan of DIPAís, mainly because the alcohol takes over. But this is a beautifully crafted ale. The alcohol only makes its presence known late into the finish.

Very well done. Menu was actually very vague and didnít list much about this beer, and it was on tap. Aroma of clean fresh hops. Medium-heavy bodied and very tasty and drinkable. Smooth smooth smooth. I actually didnít even know this was an imperial until I looked it up afterwards.
