COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Double Jack IPA is our first ever Imperial IPA. It features a big malty middle to cloak the high alcohol and mouth puckering hop bitterness. Huge tangerine, grapefruit and juicy fruit aroma blossom over the herbal blue basil and malt earthiness of this aggressive beer. Best enjoyed in moderation.

This beer could get you in trouble. Bomber to a Weizen glass. Pours a bright, cloudy amber with significant and foaming head. Crisp, floral, hoppy aroma. Goes down very, very smooth. Not sure how this is near 10%. Great Double IPA.

Bottle from Whole Foods Market - P Street, October 2011. Clear medium copper with a medium white head. Very hoppy aroma and taste with resin, caramel, pine and citrus. Nicely balanced and with a great bitterness. I really liked this one!

(22 oz. bottle from Candia Road Convenience) Pours hazy amber-orange with a finger or so of off white head. Big hoppy aroma - grapefruit and pine over vanilla. Mouthfeel smooth, medium-full, very lightly prickly, a bit sticky. Weepy dabs of lacing in the snifter. Flavor of big sweet grapefruit/citrus and lighter pine with vanilla and lighter caramel. Tasty, sweet and hoppy big IPA with lingering bitterness.

Draught, 9.5%. Good grassy aroma. Hazy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour starts off powerful, alcoholic and hoppy. Caramelly and sweet. A bit of hop burn. Caramelly and sweet finish. Late hop bitterness. Gets a bit rough after a while, but a good beer.

Draft. Had it before in a bottle but enjoyed it much more in tap. Minimal head that hangs on the side of the glass, loved it. Perfect balance

This pours with an golden orange color with a substantial frothy head that hangs around. The aroma is a little sweet with just a hint of the hops that are to come. The taste is slightly sweet with a hoppy bitter finish with a slight alcohol taste thrown in. A good hoppy beer.

Bottle from New Beer Distributors, New York, NY. A golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Decent hoppy, malty aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, grapefruit, yeasty, bitter, sweet. A quality Imperial IPA.

Grabbed a growler for Thursday night poker game. Taste is malty, grassy, grapefruit, and other IPA deliciousness. You get caramel, and citrus. Its kinda sweet and just hoppy enough. pretty decent although drinking an entire growler probably wasn’t good idea.
