22oz bottle-pours an off white head and gold color. Aroma is citrus/pine, some light malt. Taste is citrus-lemon zest/pine, some light malt-caramel. Dry finish. Good effervescence.

An amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, super mix of floral hops and honeydew soaked oranges, incense, catnip, and meat extracts. In mouth, a superb IPA with citrus pulp, c-hops, honey, cloves, and warming alcohol. Tasted March 12 2011 with Montreal crew.

On tap at Bistro DIPA Fest poured a clear gold with a lasting amber head. Aromas of biscuit, pine, earthiness and some light floral notes. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, light pine and light citrus with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish.

Flavor is average/heavy malt (bread, cookie, cereal, caramel), heavy hops (floral, perfume, pine, citrus), and average esters (apple/pear) with notes of alcohol, peach, and apricot. Full body, medium warmth and carbonation with a slightly creamy texture and then a drying finish.
