Flaske: Gul klar øl med et flot kridhvidt skumhoved. Duften er velhumlet med vægt på citrus og let kattepis. Smagen sidder i skabet. I det hele taget en yderst velkomponeret øl.

Botled on 1/30-13. Pours golden with little head. Aroma is packed with fresh hops - melon, grapefruit, orange zest, even at more than three months it still smells really fresh. A very balanced malt note, straw and cereal-like, matching the pungent hop profile perfectly. The taste is amazing as well. Pungent hops all the way through, resting on a perfect and very simple malt foundation that has just enough body and crispiness to stand up to the assertive hop profile. The 9,5% don’t show at all, and it is dangerously drinkable for the abv. This is an ideal double ipa for me - crisp and clean, although still pronounced malt profile, and a bright and citrusy hop profile. Excellent!

12oz bottle to tulip. Pours a golden amber color. Nose is pine, citrus, hops. Flavor is hops, resin, citrus/grapefruit/orange with malt. Reminds me a lot of Pliny the Elder - balanced and delicious.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 swesson (10) - Highlands Ranch, Colorado, USA - MAY 14, 2013
Great double IPA. Very crisp. Decent lacing. Not overpoweringly hoppy. Seems like a nice change of pace from the knock you over with a blast of hops beers so prevalent today. Big taste. Great with pizza!

ery clear darkish gold pour with a very nice fat white head and real good lacing. Great hop aroma, a little sweet and citrusy. Flavor was a little sweet as well, more citrus and a slight fruitiness as well, not to mention a nice lingering dose of hops that lasted for awhile, very well done
