3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
My Bottom Line:
This sessionable Pale Ale’s juicy citrus fruit and floral angles deliver an easygoing profile with well positioned herbal bitterness.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the translucent pale golden.
-Mouthfeel is super lean, which increases drinkability.
-This one lacked a little bite for my tastes in the style. Perhaps a question of freshness?
-Malts offered basic cereal flavors which ably supported the fruity hop aromatics.
On tap at Toronado San Diego.

4.3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Tightly constructed beer. Nothing overpowers anything else. Great mouthfeel. Pine, lemon. Really nice on the nose. Not at all what we expected. This super crushable, quenching, and not overbearing at all. A good beer after a long summer walk. Keep it in your backpack.
