Taste is sigh. grapefruit rind and some cherry but not much going on in the taste. disappointing cause the smell was so awesome.

A juicy, delicious, complex, but incredibly drinkable beer. Peach and apricot character combine nicely with mild funk and grass, a little bit of oak, and some citrus zest. Somewhat dry.

26 July 2013, tap at Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buelton, CA. Yellow, clear, no bubbles. Nose is oaky white wine and a bit tart. Thin body and mildly fizzy. Lots if white wine, some funky/basement notes. I kind of like this for a saison. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
