UPDATED: OCT 22, 2014 bottleshare thanks to Beechner224. At the splash down party. Very sour. Tart. Slightly floral. Ok. (7/4/7/3/15=3.5) Rerate thanks to a bottle from Justin. Nose is amazing citrus and light tartness. Taste is light citrus with a floral note. Not as sour as I initially rated. very enjoyable. The citrus really shines with a bit of zest and pithiness, a light tannin and woody note as well. No chest burning hurt...yet. good stuff!

On tap at Pinthouse Pizza. Yellow pour with a white head. The aroma has some tart lemon and wheat notes. The flavor is very similar. The lemon notes go well with a bit of grass and yeast character. There is also a bit of cherry in the flavor. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Free draft fill at Enoteca - Pours hazy golden with a massive white head and sheeting lace. Aroma is strong in brett, lactose is there, funky and tart. Taste is similar, only less intense, nice okay character. Body and mouthful is a little thin and carbonation is soft, but massively drinkable. Awesome!

12.7-oz. bottle. Sour green apple highlights the aroma with spicy pear, white wine and light French oak. Pours very light and crystal-clear yellow (like Chardonnay) with no head. The taste features a fruity and mild spicy blend with green apple, sublime vinous white grapes, sweet vanilla bean, a heavy floral bite to finish. Light body. A decent wild saison.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2014 Stunned at how much was going on in this low abv beer. The barrel character alone was so complex (think Cigar City White Oak, chardonnay and a splash of bourbon). tropical fruit and rustic funk/twang on the nose and flavor. Deeeelicious. Velvety smooth feel. Seems like past incarnations were 3.8-4.3%, but man, this was just about perfect. Glad I got to try it."

Draft at Kaiser Tiger. Pours a hazed orange-gold with a finger of barely off-white head. Notes of big bretty funk, oak, lemon, florals, grass, bread, white grapes, vanilla, straw, and apricot. Light-medium bodied, with a funky, mildly tart mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Drier and sweeter than expected, which balances out the funk and tartness well. Really well crafted.
