COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of California—the 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where we’re from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

Butelka 0,355l kolor jasnozłoty, klarowne, piana znikoma, szybko opada. Piękny aromat sosnowy z chmielem w tle, smak owoców cytrusowych i słodów, ostry posmak na podniebieniu, świetnie ułożone piwo.

Rating #1614 - 01.05.2015 - Bottle from San Diego. Dark amber pour with a bubbly, lasting white foam. Aroma is citrusy, tangerine notes, mild grassiness, mild floral, piney scent.Taste is a blast of Magnum hop character whose bitterness evolves to define this beer, a bold bitterness following a crisp, floral, resinous, citrusy sweetness. Not unbalanced, and extremely drinkable

Great pale ale, although the sheer amount of hops push it pretty close to a full-on IPA. Clean, crisp, light malt profile gives it a bit of grain taste, but mostly it’s just a backdrop to a lot of resiny, piney, dank hops. Really good.

Draft at the alley Mariposa. Mostly clear golden / light orange coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is leafy citrus hop, some pine, pale grains. Flavour is composed of crisp pale grains, pine and citrus hop, light resinous hop. Very well balanced and crushable. Palate is medium light bodied, crisp, light finish. Good stuff.

Pour dark gold with a creamy head that lingers. Lots of lacing. Aroma is floral with strong elements of orange peel and pine forest. Optically and aromatically this one is a winner. Taste is tart, some citrus bitterness, with a dry finish. Excellent balance; the hops are omnipresent but in harmony with the other ingredients. Medium bodied, just a tad rough, but still smooth overall and with just enough creaminess to keep the underlying sourness in check. This is a beer that doesn’t overwhelm with a few strong flavors, but impresses with a more subtle but very pleasing range of characteristics. Excellent!

Chicago 1/13/16 (12 oz bottle poured into pint glass). Very clear blonde pour, with high initial carbonation and minimal white head. Orange and pine scent. Nice texture and easy going down. Pleasant malt and orange taste, Solid feel. Solid beer, looking forward to my next offering.
