COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of California—the 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where we’re from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

Bottle at Das Meisterstück Berlin. Low fluffy and quickly disappearing white head. Hazy amber body. Apple pear peach aroma. Fruity flavor with a nice amount of hops bitterness, high carbonation and a long finish.

Pours clear bubbly golden color with white head. Aroma is biscuity malt with grassy, floral hop and citrus. Dry biscuity malt start with a slight yeastiness. A really dry crisp grassy floral hop with some lemon note finishing with pine. Bitterness does not linger, finishes very clean. As always, another great brew from Firestone Walker. A solid Pale Ale.

DWG; Bottle 0,355l. Take away from Frankfurt. Pours clear golden, moderate lasting, leaving lacing, white head. Nose is elegant malt, caramel, orange citrus fruit and light herbal. Taste is moderate sweet and bitter, light spicy with a lasting, balanced, bitter, sweet finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

TET (1642) - FINLAND - JUL 22, 2014
A dark yellow beer with a dense, blond and quite big head. Aroma has sweet caramell, peaches, citrusfruits and mandarin. Taste is clearly dryer than aroma, still caramell, herbal-pine hops, some fruits. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Only slightly fruitful. Slightly disappointment, anyway the bottle isn’t very fresh anymore.
