COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of California—the 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where we’re from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

12 oz Bottle. The beer pours to a light golden very clear color with a small head. The aroma has hay, bread & a light hop smell. The taste is very light with a slight floral, some hops & grain. The overall beer is good but nothing special.

Absolutely my favorite beer. Great fresh hop aroma from the Cascade & Centennial hops. Dark gold in appearance w/ a slight head that slowly dissipates leaving a sticky lacing on the glass. Flavor is hop forward w/ a slight malty flavor on the finish. Very easy drinking and great at 4.9%.

Bottle. Taste is hay, grain, light hops and wheat. Firestone makes great beers, but I’m a little surprised by the high rating of this beer. Average.

Clear, amber color with a small, white head. Intense floral notes. Taste ist dominated by flowery notes like jasmin and roses. Elegantly combined with a decent medium grapefruit bitterness. Medium carbonation and more intense bitterness in the finish. A perfect sun-downer for a warm summer evening. Highly enjoyable, elegant pale ale.

Clear shinny golden color with some orange hues and a medium, creamy white head. Aroma is piney, resinous, pungent, really fresh. Biitersweet flavor with a strong hoppy aroma that ends with a piney/ grapefruit note. Medium to light palate, tasteful yet gentle and easy to drink. Great pale ale, could drink this all day.

Draft - Nice citrus hops, predominantly lemon. Pale gold with a rich white head. Lots of fresh lemon and a bit grass, followed by light sweet malts. A bit of lemon cleaner in the finish.

Nice floral citrus and sweet malt aroma. Completely clear pale orange body, thin white creamy head. Body is quite thin which is what lets this beer down. Super drinkable pale. Smashionable.
