3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: DEC 28, 2013 Appearance: sudsy 1" off white head recedes quickly with nice lacing. Color is clear rich gold with mild streaming carbonation.
Aroma: citrus and floral aroma dominates, some caramel and bread dough in the background.
Mouthfeel: light and somewhat sticky mouthfeel with a somewhat dry finish.
Flavor: balanced hop and malt flavors. The sweet caramel and bready malts lead the way, followed by citrus and then a lingering bitterness in the swallow.
Overall: a pleasant pale ale and representative of the style.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at Pap pouring up with a crystal clear copper body that supports a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up woodsy notes, a bit of spicy hops and then rounded out by citrus hoppiness. The taste begins with spicy to woodsy like hoppiness that’s on the fresh and snappy side. It then gets into some citrusy hoppy goodness midway and into the finish. Great clean fresh snappy brew.

33cl bottle. Dark golden colour. Bright fruity (melons, grapefruit) hop aroma, not much else but still delicious. Light and fizzy mouthfeel with very little bitterness for such a hoppy ale.
