COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of California—the 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where we’re from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

12oz bottle poured clear golden hue w/ a med-large frothy white head and excellent lacing. Big aromas of floral hops, pine, citrus and a biscuity malt. Taste is a crisp light sweetness initially with a dry hop bitterness of short duration on the finish. Flavors of grain, biscuit, pine, and lime. Body is medium, a slightly dry texture, lively carbonation. A lovely beer.

12 oz. bottle from arminjewell in trade. This is very clear light golden. A one finger white head leaves sticky lacing. The nose is not big but is dry and nice with floral and citrus notes. Some unusual bitterness is citrus and is dry. Pale malts that are biscuit. Floral and citrus hops. A little honey, too. The hops grab the tip of the tongue and hang on. This is a hop head’s delight. Very nice with a sessionable ABV.

Bottle-purchased at davidsons liquors in Littleton, Co-pours clear orange hue with a nice fluffy white soapy head. nose is very soft citrus, floral notes with of touch of carmel and lite bready notes. flavors follow suit-nice soft citrus and bread flavors with some carmel malt sweetness in there as well. very soft and pillowy body with soft carbonation. a great session beer here that would have been even better with a fresher sample (mine is 2 months old). Seemed a bit more punchy when i had it 2 weeks ago. Still world class beer here!

#954 Klarer, goldener Apfelsaft. Test vom 21.6.2011, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,6,6,9,6 - 6,80
