Gold/yellow color, hazyy appearance, white foamy head. A little bit too carbonated and crisp maybe. quite strong herbs, floral and hops aroma. a little hint of mango and grapefruit on the nose is the advice of the main and predominant taste of this beer. Some tobacco and toffe too.
Very refreshing but nothing special. To me this a quite, but not too much, bitter APA. The English side is almost missing.

12 oz tulip glass cask pour at the Stone World Bistro in Escondido, California. Pour is a hazed golden orange, with a firm pretty looking 1 inch white head. Aroma is fresh soft citrus hops, and some toasted malt. Taste is the resin citrus hops, the soft malt, and a twinge of fruit sweetness. Palate is soft, unfiltered, and the low carbonation of the cask.

On draft. I was told this was an IPA by the incompetent server, so will try to adjust my rating accordingly. Initially I was thinking this was one weak effort. But given the PA category, it’s OK, decent, but still far too bland for my tastes. Pours light amber with some floral hop aroma, but rather subtle. Crisp finish with some carbonation. A light, I suppose, refreshing but overall bland and boring pale ale in my opinion.

Bottle. Poured into my favorite DFH tulip glass a clear golden orange color with a 1 finger white head that quickly settles to form a white coaster on top of the beer. Slight floral and a dose of mild citrus greats the nostrils upon the first whiff, rather nice, mild breadiness as well. The flavor is nice with a soft sweetness and light bitterness from the hop additions. Medium mouthfeel. Some watered down mandarin orange type flavors. Overall, a nice, easy drinking beer with some full flavors.

Is everything these guys make good? This sure is. All the typical pale ale characteristics except they are all amplified a notch or two higher. Nice aroma, the flavor is crisp and clean, great dry refreshing finish.

Dark golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, citrus, seemingly amarillo hops, and toasted malts. Taste of citrus fruits, pine, toffee malts, and a grapefruit finish.
