COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of California—the 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where we’re from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

Aroma= Medium hops supported by light malt Apperence = Bright yellow Flavor = Nice bitterness all the way through. Although not overly malty the beer is quite refreshing and for the most part in balance Palate = medium to med light, good carbination Over all = a very nice Pale in American style. If there is a flaw malt bill could be low but it is a really tasty beer and not hopped to IPA

Bottle: Golden pour with a fluffy eggshell head, decent lacing throughout the glass. Nose is sweet and hop filled with citrus and floral hop notes. Clean taste is light citrus sweet and moderate bitters. Faint malty base. Really easy drinking. This should be available anywhere that serves pizza.

Poured from a can. Nice golden color with a smallish, white head. Pretty decent lacing. I get an aroma and taste of tropical fruits. A little bit of sweetness shows up in the taste as well. Good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clean fruity and quite delicious with no off taste. Great summer beer, and great after a heavy duty IPA.

Aroma; peaches, grapefruit, pale malts, juicy resin and fruity malts - fresh n inviting. Look; clear deep golden-orange’ish beer, off white head. Taste; hops, pale malts, orange, grapefruit, sweet resin - leading to a juicy peely + syrup-malty finish. Feel; alright. Overall; nice PA. "Lions, bears and beers" it says inside crown cap. Aha! Crushed at some strangers dining room table, Kansas City... Quality Hill.
Pours a pale golden color with a good head & nice lacing on the glass.

The aroma has some light sweet maltiness but is basically hop forward, piney, citrusy, & lightly floral. Inviting, just fine.

The beer has a very light level of sweetness and a touch of caramel, it’s got a really pleasant mild-to-medium level of bitterness with a good pine-on-floral-on-citric hop flavor.

A really enjoyable take on the classic old school APA.

Very bright citrusy aroma. Crisp and clean. See through golden appearance with a bright white head. Tastes refreshing with a little bitterness, perfectly balanced. Great palate. This is an incredibly drinkable APA that is not a one dimensional hop bomb.

£2.99 perfectly good beer. Good blend of citrus and sourness and not too carbonated like the easy jack. Not going to be a regular tipple but a nice one to throw in the mix of a big order ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355ml can. Pours a clear amber with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, grapefruit and pine. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, grapefruit, orange, pine and grass with a dry, bitter, hop resin finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Nice.
