COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Everything we love about classic German Pilsner with a hoppy Bohemian twist. Pils is a bright straw colored lager beer with playful carbonation topped with beautiful white foam lace. Delicate lightly toasted malt flavors underscore noble German hop character. Hallertau-grown Magnum hops deliver the lupulin foundation while generous amounts of Spalter Select hops bring floral aromatic and spicy herbal notes. As a twist on the traditional Pils, we dry hop with German Saphir for a touch of bergamot zest and lemongrass. A refreshing, light-bodied and hop-driven Pils.

Pours clear pale golden with a big puffy white head, very good lacing, excellent retention. Aromas of biscuit, hay, earth, floral notes, grapefruit. Light body, crisp, lively. Mildly sweet, medium bitter with a lingering dry finish. Quaffable and nice.

A summer Pilsner . Refreshing but not much unique character. Aroma is hay & cut grass. Dark yellow and clear. Fizzy. Some bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Riktigt gott.

Pale yellow color out of the bottle with a short white head. Nice perfumey floral hop nose. Clean crisp biscuit malt with some white toast and lemon cookie notes. There is a faint grassy hop bite in the finish. Nice flavorful pils.

12oz bottle while visiting home in IL, June 2014. Gold pour with a small off-white head and mild lacing. Pils malts in the aroma, doughy, raw pizza dough, crackery, straw, grass, a bit of citrus fruits, mild, a little muddled. Nice flavor, crisp, malty, pale malts - pils, doughy, bready, crackers, straw - nice hop bite, good balancing bitterness, citrus, fresh cut grass. Nice.
