Everything we love about classic German Pilsner with a hoppy Bohemian twist. Pils is a bright straw colored lager beer with playful carbonation topped with beautiful white foam lace. Delicate lightly toasted malt flavors underscore noble German hop character. Hallertau-grown Magnum hops deliver the lupulin foundation while generous amounts of Spalter Select hops bring floral aromatic and spicy herbal notes. As a twist on the traditional Pils, we dry hop with German Saphir for a touch of bergamot zest and lemongrass. A refreshing, light-bodied and hop-driven Pils.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold body under a one finger frothy white head that faded to a wispy film. The nose is beautiful, lots of great delicate hops over a clean bready malt base. The flavor is just as clean and smooth with a perfect hop level and malt bill. This is just about all you can ask for from a nice Pils. Light bodied, crisp hoppiness, soft nuanced finish. Lingering light bitterness on the finish. Great stuff.

On tap at the Blind Tiger. Clear pale yellow pour with a white head. Boy that champaign like Pilsner character jumps right out at you. Full of flavor with a nice body. Itís not overly complex, but itís a Pilsner. So, there you go. Another solid beer from FW. Good mouthfeel.

12fl.oz. can. Pours a clear golden with a small, short lived, white head that laces. Fruity, grainy, hoppy aroma with grass and light citrus. Grassy flavour with citrus, grain and a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. A nice pils.

can. Pours ultra clear pale yellow, fine carbonation, even when warmed up. Agreeable malt nose, even with the tad of metal, citrus hops and even a minty kick to it. Interesting Light sweet body, little hop bitterness kick. Taste is pale malt, iron(y). Agreeable beer for such low abv. This beats all of the other Industrial lagers easily, also drinkability level is way better.

Location: 12 oz can from Hoboken Vine, 8/14/15

Aroma: It has a clean, grassy, pine, and pale malt aroma
Appearance: The pour is a clear form color with a small white head and light, spotty lace
Flavor: Tastes clean and a little sweet with a nice, lighter hop bitterness
Palate: The body Issy light, not watery, with average-plus carbonation, and a clean, dry finish
Overall Impression: Surpassed Iíve never treated this. It is a very nice, hoppy pils, as youíd expect from the can description. Well done. Sessions great.

Pours a chill hazed yellow gold from the can with fluffy dissipating white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of dank resinous citrus and floral hops with clean yeast finish. Taste is more balanced with the hops and malt, clean yeast finish. Very nice for a pils.

Draft pour at Brouwer?s, this was given with the anniversary vertical, solid beer very lite golden pour, wort banana hop aroma, about the same in the taste. Interesting to say the least.
