COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Everything we love about classic German Pilsner with a hoppy Bohemian twist. Pils is a bright straw colored lager beer with playful carbonation topped with beautiful white foam lace. Delicate lightly toasted malt flavors underscore noble German hop character. Hallertau-grown Magnum hops deliver the lupulin foundation while generous amounts of Spalter Select hops bring floral aromatic and spicy herbal notes. As a twist on the traditional Pils, we dry hop with German Saphir for a touch of bergamot zest and lemongrass. A refreshing, light-bodied and hop-driven Pils.

For the style this is quite good: Aroma of sweet hops, light spice bit of earth and grass. Pours a totally clear yellow with a nice super white head that last a few minutes. Taste is very well balanced between sweet light malts and hops bitterness. palate is refreshing and a bit dry. overall a very nice refreshing expertly made pilsner from firestone walker. but a pilsner is still a pilsner.

On tap @ Linda’s. Pours clear pale yellow with medium white head. Aroma is light grassy hops, just a hint of grain. Taste is crisp, clean lager malt, slight note of corn; otherwise the hops are allowed to shine - fresh, grassy, with a light trailing vegetal note. Very juicy and hoppy for the style. Clean, super drinkable, perfect on a warm day.

April 16, 2016 - on tap at Beer Park. Clear golden pour with some head that stuck around for a while. Aroma and taste of grain, malt and hops. Not bad when on a rooftop in Vegas enjoying the nice weather.

A bitter finish to a decent larger. It suffers a lot of the problems associated with larger (overly carbonated) but has a decent kick at the end. The drink however starts to feel watery towards the end.

Can from Coppers, Newcastle. Very pale straw coloured with a thin white head. It has a grassy and gentle citrus flavour followed by a bitter-sweet herbal, smooth fruity finish. Nice.
