3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Bright pastel yellow, fine head. Nose is lemon-centered ice tea. Flavor is the same, very lemony, light malty character, great hops. This does not taste anything like a pilsner; more like a Saphir-hopped session IPA, but it is delicious.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
The beer pours a very clear light yellow color with a lage white head that fades slowly. The aroma blends lager yeast, citrus hops, doughy malts, and the flavor is a touch bitter and mildly sour. The mothfeel has a medium body, thick and slick texture, average carbonation, and finish that has more hop flavor than the initial sip.

Taste - sweeitish, biscuits malts, grassy and earthy hops, mild bitterness. Light -medium bodied, dry and crispy mouthfeel. Pleasant and easy drinking.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks zvikar. Clear pale yellow. Pleasant hoppy aroma, floral, grassy and slightly citric, and a grainy touch. Flavor has light crackery and grainy malt sweetness and pleasant hop bitterness, floral, grassy and slightly citric. Very light-bodied. Refreshing.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle pour - admittedly pretty stoked to try this (given the style) after my Beer Camp experience. Pour is a pale yellow with a quickly dissolving head, leaving a film resembling a few day old petri dish. Aroma is nice - light citrus fruit, skunk, caramelized malts and grassy hop notes - I dig it! Flavor is more hoppy than expected, with the bitterness being the dominant characteristic of this brew...some light citrus notes continue (particularly lemon), biscuit, and grass. Palate is light and appropriate for the style. Good brew overall!

4.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pours a crystal clean pale yellow. Thick wight head. Surfer/dankness attacks the nose. Smells amazing! Has a very nice floral bitterness. Malt is clean with a rice crispy like finish. One of the best if not the best craft pilsner I've had.

On tap at Isaac Newton’s with Lock. Pours a light blonde color with thin soapy head. Aroma of grass, bread and slight citrus and caramel. Light citrusy zesty taste with a clean finish. Nicely done.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
A lemony visual through the glass, very light piss, with a fluffy and lightweight head. The grassy notes are strong, lightly lemon and toasted malts, but the bitter is overwhelming in the afterward. I enjoyed my first few swallows, thought that the sweet of the Pilsner was actually going to be on that I enjoyed, but find that the bitterness is too much for me. The palate isn’t bad, but a bit thin for such a biting finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I was initially excited by seeing this on the shelf. But after opening, Im kind of disappointed. Pours light straw yellow with a white wisp. Aroma is grassy, lemon and light citrus hop. Taste is slightly astringent, lemon, grassy malts with sharp citrus hop bitterness.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
From a bottle. Yours a light, clear yellow. Makes a big, foamy head, so pour slowly. Some lacing. Head lasts a long time. Smells of yeast, hops, and bready cereal. Grassy notes, too. Chewy like a Chardonnay. Tastes of hops and bread. Good standard bearer for a pils. I like the crisp taste without the typical pils sweetness. Complex hop taste rounds it out.
