3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, 12oz. It’s a clear, golden beer with a finger-thick white head. The aroma is grassy and piney, with some malty hints and a faint touch of hay. It’s full-bodied and dry on the palate, with a nice bitter flavor. There’s some pale malts in the flavor, but the hops most definitely wins. Lasting bitterness in the end. A refreshing and quenching pilsner that certainly tastes great as well. 130809

Draft. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy white head that was lasting and produced excellent lacing. Good moderate to heavy complex hop and malt aroma. Medium to full body with a dry slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a solid beer and one of the best of style I have had.

Pours a clear golden straw color with a tall white head. The aroma is full of bread and cracker malts with a nice floral, perfumey hop aroma. A touch of yeast with some apple esters. Light citrus notes on the back end. The flavor is quite crisp and refreshing. Great bread malt sweetness along with a good citrus peel and floral hop profile. A light bitterness on the finish. Really easy drinking.

Yellow pour at the FW fest. Nice white head. Crisp aroma that starts with some bready malts and quickly fades into a nice blend of a yeasty/hoppy profile. Flavor is smooth and light. A good hop flavor without crazy bitterness. Some light grainy malts(in a good way) A very good pils.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewery in Paso. Pours with a clear golden body with a thick and lasting white head. Aromas are bready, grainy and grassy. A nice herbal hop presence. Light biscuity and honey malty notes. Clean yeast wise. Flavors are grainy, medium bitter, malty, straw and dry. Hoppy, but it could be a bit stronger on the aromatics and flavors (minor complaint). Medium to lively bubbles, dry, medium crisp. Very easy to drink. Medium to lightly bitter balance that doesn’t linger. Medium to light bodied. Nice. Clean and tasty.
