Tap at brewpub. Clear yellow/slight orange in the glass with a nice white head and solid lacing. Aroma is clean and light floral hops, a bit of a grainy character, and a dry malt backbone. Taste is as advertised by the aroma with a clean, even hoppiness that dominates the middle. I really like this beer. Excellent.

Draft at the brewpub. Nose is grassy hoppiness, white bread yeast, and a hints of caramel malt. Clear gold with a medium, lightly lacing white head. Flavor is moderate bitterness, grainy bread, and a nicely bitter finish. Excellent pilsener!

Growler fill. Clear golden pour with thin white head. Faint bready aroma. Mildly bitter with bready malts. Very crisp and easy to drink.

On tap at the brewery in Paso. Pours with a clear golden body with a thick and lasting white head. Aromas are bready, grainy and grassy. A nice herbal hop presence. Light biscuity and honey malty notes. Clean yeast wise. Flavors are grainy, medium bitter, malty, straw and dry. Hoppy, but it could be a bit stronger on the aromatics and flavors (minor complaint). Medium to lively bubbles, dry, medium crisp. Very easy to drink. Medium to lightly bitter balance that doesn’t linger. Medium to light bodied. Nice. Clean and tasty.
