Draft at last drop. God bless Seattle beer week. Aroma is sour tart, caramel, fruit. Murky light amber, khaki head, some retention, no lacing. Taste: lightly tart - nice caramel, fig fruity sweetness with appropriate bitterness at the end. Slick texture, nearly syrupy, full body, light carbonation. Overall: love getting to try any and all barrel aged fsw offerings. This is nice, not quite as intense as some of the offerings.

Tap. Pours clear reddish amber, large creamy off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is funk, lemon, caramel. Flavor is the same, medium sweet, light funk, caramel, vanilla. Medium body, creamy.

Reginald Brett - Strong Wild Ale @Bottleworks. Pours a hazy copper with a big white head. Aroma is slightly lactic sour with not a lot more going on. Taste is malty with a very slight sour tone around the 2/3 point of the taste. Cinnamon, vanilla and some odd fruit go on too. The fruit comes out more as the beer warms. Not really enough sour to call it one but it is just a brett beer so the lack of bugs means the sour notes are spot on.

On tap at Black Squirrel. Cherry in the nose and faint earth. Flavor is cherry, light woodiness, and moderate lactic acidity. A bit of funk in the background.

On tap at World of Beer - Tempe. Hazy dark orange color with zero head. Aroma of SweeTarts, slight tangelo, and a tiny bit of tanginess for balance. Slightly sweet tropical fruit flavor that’s somewhat tart without being sour. The bourbon character from the Double DBA becomes much more apparent as the beer warms. Dry, almost gritty finish with a pleasant sweet aftertaste.

Nice cloudy brown pour with a small beige head. Flavors of brett, leather, bourbon, oak, toffee, caramel. Sweet and funky with a hint of tartness. So damn good.

Hazy dark orange/copper pour. Aroma of Brett and yeasty goodness. A little booze, Brett , caramel malts and wild goodness. Love it!

(Draught) clear rich copper, ring of find tan bubbles. Nose of pineapple, Brett, citrus, cream, super rich and complex. Taste of pineapple, citrusy Brett, caramel, cream, brown sugar, rich, complex and awesome.
