Brewing Program:
Multi-step infusion mashing program using wheat to insure a creamy mouth feel
Traditional biological acidification program to insure bright zesty acidity
Warm (free range) farm-house style fermentation to add tropical flavors and spicy aroma
Cold conditioned and blended to soften, mellow and round
Presented unfiltered to retain all flavor, aroma, texture and visual opalescence
Lightly hopped with a unique blend to add spicy balanced drinkability

Hops: Yakima Valley Willamette, French Strissel Spalt

Thanks Justin! Meyer lemon aroma, some honeyed cereal. Hazy dark gold. Creamy and robust in body and quite a lot of wheat character that stops short of heavy or sticky and finishes a touch dry, keeping it very quaffable.

Bottle, sample. Pours a very intriguing hazy, bright white-gold. Aroma is quite mild, some faint spices, wheat, lemony hops. Flavor is also quite mellow, but quite refreshing. Wheat flavor is primary, followed by a well-integrated blend of orange fruit and spices. Juicy, but a bit light for my tastes. Might drink well in the summer.

Number 1!! 12 oz. bottle

Appearance: Pours a cloudy murky yellow gold with a subsiding white head.

Aroma: Light banana, big cloves and sturdy bread notes.

Taste: Bready yeasty goodness, banana and vanilla finishing with a small but noticeable hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Thick and fizzy and tingly.

Overall: A very spicy wheat ale. It has never been my style, but I can appreciate a well made one. This one is definitely well made, and not lacking in the flavor department.
