Bottle share, thanks to Toby for this one. Clear crisp golden color with a tiny thin ring of head. Huge aroma of sour and tropical fruits. Love the balance of sour and acidity, great fruity vibe. Barrel treatment adds a nice warm oak presence. Really really good.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from a recent trade. Smooth earthy and woody flavor. Big body for a sour. Light on the tartness at first. Much more earthy and funky. Gritty metallic and granular flavor. Complex and tasty.

20/XI/15 - 37.5cl bottle @ home - BB: n/a, bottled: III/20/15, batch 2 (2015-1634) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the bottle!
Clear orange beer, small irregular white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, dry, fruity touch, stone fruit, lactobacillus, hint of urine. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour, lemon juice, lots of acidity, slightly fruity. Aftertaste: very sour, astringent, lemony, almost vinegar, very acidic. Too harsh, no subtlety at all.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at Max’s in Baltimore. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is tart, dry, light citrus and sour grapes. Not really a huge sour in the flavor, but definitely quenchable. Smooth for a sour. Decent stuff.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Finest beer of the night, the sour project at firestone is incredible. Tons and tons of complexity, flavors everywhere from spices, to white grapes, some stone fruits, some woods (lighter than oak). Tart is lactic and slightly acidic. Very nicely made.
