Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of wood and sulphur, leading to a dry, woody, and lightly vanilla finish.

From tap at the brewery. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Fruity, wooden and vanilla aroma mixed with caramel malty notes. Fruity and wooden flavoured mixed with a caramel malt base. Mild bitter and malty flavoured finish.

On tap. Hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Sweetish caramel in the nose. Medium body, soft mouthfeel and some caramel. Light woody accents appear late. No real bitterness. 090709

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak woody caramel aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty woody hoppy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy woody finish.

(Draught) Pours a clear orange body with a small white head. Aroma of grain, caramel, and mustiness. Flavor of grain, earth, wood, and caramel with a dry finish.

Draft. Clear dark amber body with medium off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, cantaloupe, orange, some honeysuckle, light nut. Taste is moderately sweet, cantaloupe/orange, some bread/caramel. Soft light-medium body, light effervescence.

Sampled from Growler courtesy of Zrrbrrt. Poured a medium amberish color with a small sized off white head. Aromas on the ’leafy’ side with caramel, trace of wood, and vanilla. Tastes of light wood, vanilla, caramel, and some grains.

Cask at Get Real New York. Amber pour. The nose is intensely oak. Rich vanilla and a bit of light fruity hoppiness as well. Sort of muted hops and light fruit. The oak is a little too forward here for me - all oak and nothing else.

On cask at Hops and Pie poure a clear amber with a lasting creamy amber head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness and light fruitiness. Palate waslight bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of carmel, earthiness and light fruittiness with a smooth lingering malty finish.

Tap. Pours clear amber with a medium, frothy off-white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is fruity esters, citrus and pine hops, and cookie malt. Flavor is medium hops and bitterness, fruity esters, supporting malt and a dry finish. Light body and carbonation.
