Pale golden in color with soft white head. Light bready-malt aroma. Very mild, a signature light bready sweetness but not much to it at all.

No retention and no lacing. Smells of caramel, vanilla and oak. Tastes of big oak, caramel and toffee. Sweet finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught @ World of Beer, Seattle, WA

Pours amber brown with a smooth head. Aroma of malts, bready notes, hints of oak, wood, nuts and chocolate. Taste is malty, sweet and sticky with hints of syrup, wood, nuts and cocoa. Finish is sweet and sticky with some bready malts and syrup. Quite easygoing, a bit stuffy.

Draft. Hazy between pour. Grassy aroma. Taste of grass, cereal, lightly bitter. Smooth. Really nice and easy drinking.

Draught. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small white head on it. Nose is light and slightly grainy, but very little comes through. Taste is also light and remarkably refreshing, mostly dry, but with a slight lingering sweetness at the end. Quite drinkable, actually.

Had this on tap at the brewery. Pours a medium dark amber that is very cloudy. Smell is a pretty good, maybe I just expected more from the"Unfilltered" part. Good, but nothing special. The mouth was very complex. Oak is there for sure, along with some grains, and hops at the finish. Very drinkable brew, and wish they bottled it.

Light oak sourness. Not to special really. Looks filtered barrel is present. Not my first choice here. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at the tasting Room The ale poured a light amber with small white head and lacing. This ale seemed thin with not much bitterness. The aroma had some mild oak with some caramel malts. The light body ale had soft carbonation. The finish was but more of a session beer.
