[Bottle] Clear golden appearance, pillowy but lasting head. Beautiful blend of pineapple and grapefruit hops in the aroma. Easy drinking palate, malt profile is thin but a little biscuity, while there’s some tropical sweetness upfront before the dominant bitter citrus finish. Very pleasant and enjoyable west coast IPA, dominated by the hoppy finish but not too aggressive.

This has a very special aroma, flavor and taste. Telling from my heart – I love the flavor of this beer For reasons i can’t explain - this strong beer of 7.5% alcohol makes me appreciate the love of Louis Prima and glorious butt cheeks of special women even more - such a special beer. This delicious beer is probably best consumed while reminiscing about times of great joy and celebration. I had a large bottle and all I wish do now is caress my best girls butt cheeks and dance. This is a very special IPA that should be sampled by the men of the world who appreciate fine things such as this beautiful beer, glorious cheeks and Louis Prima.

Clear amber beer. Dry palate, slightly soft. Rich hops that are a little harsher than the top drawer IPAs but still this very drinkable. There is some pineapple sweetness to offset the bittering grapefruit. Smooth creamy finish. Decent.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2011 Pours orange-gold with a nice white head. Aroma is pine and citrus. incredible clean and crisp. Flavor is bitter hops for days and some caramel notes. As far as IPAs go, pretty darn good.

Loved this one. Amber with a small head. The aroma was wonderful, pine and citrus with a maltiness in the background. The flavor had the pine and malt. Very bitter and dry. One of the best IPA’s I’ve had in a while.

12oz Bottle @ The Burger Bar in Mandalay Bay. Clear golden pour with decent white head. Aroma was big time piney hops, floral and fruity. Nicely done. Flavors were also very pine driven, fruity and just lightly bitter all around. This was an excellently balanced yet fruity IPA. Great stuff.

Wow! It’s been years since I’ve been blown away by an IPA. This beer was great! Aroma was big and strong. Heavy pine and citrus hops with a strong grapefruit rind note. Pour was a nice light gold with plenty of rising bubbles and thin off white ring for a head. Taste was very hop forward which I love in the style. This beer has a light malt backbone with loads of grapefruit and piney hops weaving in and out. Very bitter with the malt disappearing in the aftertaste to let the hops dry the mouth and leave it bitter. A great west coast IPA and further proof that the west coast has perfected hoppy beers!

Pours an orange color with a thin white head. Has a citrus\pine smell to it. In the taste there is a citrus bitterness upfront with a nice malt backing. Pretty nice IPA

1 pint 6oz. Btl. pours clear and amber /orange with a nice frothy head. Strong citrus and centennial hops dominate the nostrils. Strong bitter and lightly sour flavors dominate the tongue and mouth. Aftertaste is somewhat different; bitter and oily! tasty though...very good.

Tap. Bright lightly hazy orange color. Hop-forward aromas with a range of hop profiles: cedar, grapefruit, and a bit woody. Cedar and grapefruit come through the most clear in the flavor, but certainly a lot more balanced in the flavor with a maltier body that rounds out with some fruits. Medium with low carbonation.
