Bottle from BMan1113VR in this years summer secret santa. Big thanks on this one. Pours a clear tawny amber with a lovely large yellowed beige head. Big clean citrus hops all over, with a sweet malty backbone and some light pineapple notes. Gorgeous. Just on the thin side of medium. Light sweetness with some spicy hop notes coming through. Big soapy grapefruit bitter finish.

Light gold, strong tall sticky head. I don’t know how you can get better aromatics in an IPA without it being listed as an imperial. Strong citrus and resiny fresh hop aroma jumps out of the glass, mostly grapefruit. Grassy and a bit dry midpalate, nice burst of brash bitterness in the finish.

Alright...forgive me for the improper rating. I am a bit intoxicated. I just need to do this this slowly and everything will be ok. Anyways, I picked this 22 oz. up at the local QFC. Fairly transparent 22 oz. copper/orange colour. Not much head on this, but the head that does stick around, sticks around for quite some time. Fairly good looking brew. Nice citrus hop aroma! Actually, a big citrus hop aroma. This thing has a nice malt balance as well. Nice smelling brew. Fairly malty flavor with some citrus hops. The malty flavor is a bit intrusive if you ask me, but overall it doesn’t destroy the citrus hop flavor. Not really much pine, but it is VERY subtle. Overall, a subtle matly/hoppy IPA. Pretty good balance, and a pretty good IPA.

Bottle from GBBF09 had at home. Alround rating: Massive dry fruity bittering hop, lychee, pineapple, mango, orange peel, lemon, the malt character is compltly subjued by the bitterness. Excellent excellent stuff.

Bottle at GBBF 2009. An amber coloured pour with a slight head. Hoppy aroma. Well balanced IPA, fruity, hoppy, slightly sweet, malty with slight bitterness. Bloody decent stuff.

Bottle at the GBBF 2009. Subtle aromas of pineapple and grass. The flavours are well-balanced of citrus, pineapple and hay - a really good combination. The bitter finish just goes on and on. Really lovely.

22oz. Bottle: Aroma of hops, grapefruit, slight plastic, light citrus, and some grass. Poured amber/orange in color with a large, creamy, dense, off-white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Slightly sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and medium bitter. Tastes of hops, light grapefruit, light tropical fruit, light pine, and hints of toasted malts and caramel. Medium body. Slick, lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Light to medium bitter, lightly sweet, hop, grapefruit, and slight toast malt finish is lightly dry.
