Apr 13, 2008 12oz bottle: Pours a transparent bright copper bronze with a nicely-lacing clingy white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy resinous hops and a touch of lightly sweet toasty crystal malt. Body starts with a light malty sweetness balanced with a fresh, assertive bittering and flavor hop onslaught. Finishes crisp and bittersweet with some lingering grapefruity citrus. A very nice IPA.

May 2, 2008 Thanks Josh for bringing this one along (and for the extra bottle!). Poured a medeium and clear amber color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of grass, green leaf hoppiness, citrus, and some caramel. Tastes of caramel, citrus, and some pine. Nice bitter finish. Solid IPA.

Jul 22, 2008 Bottle… Clear, light golden ale with a small, frothy, white head. Tropical and citrus fruit aroma. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with relaxed carbonation. Fruity flavor with tannic bitterness. Toffee sweetness and grapefruit pith bitterness finish things off. Thanks go out to mgumby10 for the brew!

Big fruity citrus and orange juice Centennial nose, bright and clean smelling, unmuddled by yeast, which is fine if it’s hopped well, and in this case it certainly is. Flavor of piney orange juice, some sharp oily and resinous onion and hop cone juiciness, but also it has a musty dankness over the middle, before turning back towards a more bright, juicy, sharp and pungent orange citrus flavor in the finish. Drying and properly bitter, with flavors of pineapple, fresh oranges, pine cones, etc. Really good.
