Can. Clear and bright orange-gold with lot of carbonation. Aroma of tart apple juice with a slightly medicinal backing note. Flavour is the same, followed by a moderately dry, medium length finish. Body is crisp and palate cleansing. Not the most complex cider around, but it’s fresh and clean and goes down the ol’ gullet very easily.

355 ml can from LCBO. Pours a deep clear golden colour. Aroma is a sort of a floral/apple melange. Taste is sharper with quite tart apple flavour. Drying finish. A little on the watery side. Ok.

Smells like water with apple slices floating in it. Very dry and crisp. Not a big apple flavor...more like apple cider vinegar...tart. Chardonnay like. An unpleasant flouride finish.

Faint aroma. Crystal clear in appearance. Excellent mouthfeel. Taste is pleasant.

Clear amber colour. Aroma of apples. Taste is sour apples, which quickly fades into wateriness. Not a great cider.

(Draft) Sampled at the 2011 Great Canadian Beer Festival on September 9, 2011. Very tart start with underlying sweet bandaid, some bad medicinal finish. Poor.

Sample from can at Willow Park event. Light yellow. Light apple scent. Light body with moderate apple taste and light on sweetness which was nice.

Hazy pale blond color. Light apple aroma. Dry mouthfeel, with moderate but refreshing apple flavor, decent acidity. Pleasant.
