1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 zmanzorro (84) - Dallas, Texas, USA - DEC 11, 2012UPDATED: DEC 12, 2012 On tap, poured into a pint glass. Aroma is slightly hoppy. Color is a muddled copper. The beer is VERY cloudy, which is completely unsatisfactory for a commercial beer in this style. Taste is slightly hoppy, not much else to it. Average carbonation. As a homebrewer, I have easily made better beers on the first try. Being a new brewery, I hope they improve upon this beer.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Mora2000 (4048) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JUL 31, 2012
On tap at the Common Table.
The beer pours a very dark amber color with an off-white head. The aroma is a mix of resinous pine and orange citrus notes, as well as some toffee malt. The flavor is not near as good as the aroma. I get a ton of bitter hop notes, as well as some metallic notes and some resin from the hops. The off-flavor notes really dominate the beer and I was not able to finish my pint. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. This is a new brewery and I am sure they will get better as they gain more experience, but this was not a good beer.
