Pours a candy light yellow with a nice fizzy white top. Aroma is slightly spicy, wheat and yeast. Taste is light, well carbonated, slight candy and loads of wheat and yeast. Good beer.

Sampled at the brewery. Pale white/yellow pour. Spicy with a bit of phenolic character. A little bit of floury character along with some light floral and lemon citrus. A little bit of sweetness on the back of the palate. Lingering yeasty spice.

Sample from Brewery. Pours golden in colour, good white head. Aroma and taste are typical belgian wit, some orange/citrus and coriander. Good example of the style.

On tap at Niagara. Clear golden yellow with medium head. Not very floral but some citrus comes through in the aroma. Taste is very similar to the aroma. More floral notes come through in the taste. Overall excellent wit.
