Cask at C’est What. Creamy white head over a deep ruddy amber brew. Aroma is delicately hoppy with notes of earth, orange peel and a soft black current ester character. Soft malt profile along with a little bit of light sweetness. There is a little bit of toffee and a little bit of UK caramel malt. Pretty nice pint of bitter really.

I tried this beer on draught on February 10, 2012 at "C’est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent ruby red colour with a thick creamy off-white head that lingered. The aroma was floral hops, some citrus, and some caramel. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was sweet caramel, some citrus, and a decent bitter finish.
