COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The perfect prerequisite to a cold winter night. Best drunk in half pints, this strong yet subtle ale boasts complexity with caramel-like flavours with light chocolate and roasted malt flavours. A new brew you will certainly warm up to.

Bottle, pours dark reddish, aroma is a bit earthy and strong. The flavour is quite strong and bitter. Overall it is nice offering

Bottle from the beer club. Pours a clear orange/red with not a whole lot of white head. Smell is caramel and brown sugar. Palate is medium bodied with some lacking carbonation. Taste is slightly sweet then bitter, but then it just stops dead. I’d give it a passing grade, but it’s not great.

Hazy reddish brown pour with a ton of head that took a long time to fade. Booze and spice and everything nice. Wow brew master makes very distinct tasting beers. Unlike the last strong ale I had this at least tastes like a beer. This is rather nice. Damn Niagara College has the clean finish nailed. Rather dig this. Malty, toasty and warming. Now must look to see how I can get more...
