Pours a dark golden yellow with a frothy white head. Aroma is mainly malt with a hint of hop and slightly oxidized. Taste is grainy, sweetness and small honey traces with hops.

Smells like a little honey and malt, some cereal. Amber mahogany colour. Very little leave, a little tang is the only taste. It isn’t foul and there’s nothing overtly wrong with it. A good session campus beer, as the name goes. If they replaced all the molson taps at campus bars with this stuff, Toronto might get smart enough not to elect Rob Ford as mayor again. Bottle at Saving Gigi on Bloor and Ossington.

Bouteille de 341ml. Merci Patrick. Bière dorée foncée (problème de mousse encore une fois dans cette dégustation. Le nez est fort agréable avec des agrumes et du malt rôtie. La bouche est légère mais agréable, du rôtie, grillé et des houblons.

(Courtoisie de ontbeermaker) Une robe dorée qui se présente avec une très petite tête. Un nez qui présente des caractéristiques caramélisées et terreuses. Des saveurs simples de caramel avec une petite touche houblonnée. Une bouche passablement moyenne avec un pétillement doux et une texture légèrement huileuse. Une finale qui permet quelques notes amères. Une bière qui ne casse rien mais qui surprend.

Bottle, pours a light tanish colour, taste is pretty earthy, a good smoothness and overall this stuff is very drinkable. Good offering

wasnt a huge fan of the aroma, had that weird sour malt flavour i get from macros. it tasted quite pleasent though. lots of citrus (lemon i think) and a nice hop bite in the finish.

Deep golden amber pour. Zesty and spicy aroma. A little bit of orangey hop flavour. Light sweetness on the finish.

[3810-20110708] 355mL bottle. Sweetly burnt caramel aroma has a hint of butter. Clear, orange brown body with a quick foamy off-white head. Sweet caramelized straw bales flavour. Medium body. Average. (6/3/6/3/11) 2.9

Bottle (355ml) shared with HogTownHarry, JoeMcPhee, jerc & mabel -- c/o JoeMcPhee. Pours a clear gold with an average size diminishing off-white head. Aroma is a diacytl butter-bomb along with light hops. Flavour of caramel malt, also buttery, a touch watery as well. Average bodied. Just OK, I didn’t much care for it.

2011-07-08. Orange-copper body with a small beige head. 3+ Toasty biscuity malt aroma with hints of caramel. 6+ Flavour is similar, toasty biscuity malt. Sweet malt base. Average bodied palate. Okay. Bottle shared by JoeMcPhee
