Bottle (355ml) shared with HogTownHarry, JoeMcPhee, jerc & mabel -- c/o JoeMcPhee. Pours a clear very pale gold with a spare fizzy white head. Aroma: Smells alright but it’s quite mild, it’s fruity along with some corn and vegetal notes. Flavour’s not as good, it’s watery and corny along with vegetal notes and sugar sweetness. Light bitter finish. Average bodied. Not for me.

2011-07-08. Crisp sort of straw coloured golden body with a small white head. 3+ Odd aroa, straw, light citrus? Bit muddled and mild but not unpleasant. 6+ Flavour has a decent amount of bitterness, lightly astringent citrus, bit of grassy straw. Average palate. Okay. Bottle shared by JoeMcPhee

355ml bottle from the brewery retail store. pours clear yellow with a white head. cereal malt nose, minimal hop contribution. clean straight forward flavour. more bitterness then i was expecting in the finish. better then macros but the exact same style of lager.

Pours a deep yellow with a thin quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is sweet honey maltiness with a very light hop. Taste has a pretty good malt profile for a lager, slightly sweet with a low grassy hop. Not bad for a lager.

Sample at the brewery. Pours bright golden in colour, with moderate white head. Seems targeted at student customers, seems like Molson/Labatt style ale. Ok, but wouldn’t try again.

On tap at Niagara. Clear golden yellow with no head. This lager is really great. Clean, crisp, and smooth. I plan to have much more in the future.
