Cask at Cask Days 2011. Beer #14 of festival. Pours a slightly cloudy copper-orange with a small to average long-lasting bubbly white head. Mild aroma of fruit, caramel malt, light hops, grain and a hint of soap. Slightly watery flavour of caramel malt and light leafy hops. Average bodied. Underwhelming, just O.K.

[4066-20111030] Cask. Light smoke and grainy cleaner aroma. Slightly hazy, orange body with a quick foamy white head. Light grain malt flavour has a little cardboard fruit. Medium body. Bland. (6/3/5-/3/11) 2.8
Overheard: "That was my first fangboner." (Too easy.)

Cask days 2011. Good amber/golden color. Very little aroma here, light pine, light citrus. There really isnt much more here. Quite a malty bill, lots of pale malts. I remember thinking maybe they poured me the wrong pint, but i made sure. Where were the hops? It was quite bitter, makes me wonder if they just used bittering hops, not aromatics.
