Cask at C’est What. Pale orange pour with a right creamy white head. The aroma is softly hoppy with notes of orange marmalade, light hop resi. And a soft bready malt backbone. A little bit crackery with a really lovely palate. Light fruity pear esters that actually work pretty well in this. It’s not really a mild at all, but it’s a pretty nice bitter.

Tap, pours is dark, fairly see through aroma is light a bit roasty and a bit hoppy, the flavour nice and warm, its got that yogarty flavour that comes through in a lot of the NC beers, not sure what it is but it is certianly an off flavour. But other than that this one is decent

Cask CW. Slight hazy amber natural lacy off wt cap. Great dry hop and alefruit taste, dry feel with some sweet balance, nose subtle to neutral.
