3rd annual Ontario Cask IPA Challenge tasted blind. Very pale straw-coloured pour. The aroma is fresh and juicy. Light lemon-peel and sweet pale malt. Light and citrusy with a very bright citrusy nose. Pretty damn solid.

[3735-20110514] Cask. Muted orange flesh hops aroma. Slightly hazy, medium orange body with a quick bubbly head. Mildly bitter orange hops continues in the flavour. Medium body. Tasty, drinkable. (7/3/7/4/15) 3.6~

Cask at Volo, "3rd Annual Ontario Cask IPA Challenge". Pours a deep orange with a small diminishing off-white head. Aroma of fruit and resiny hops, somewhat sweet. Flavour is a bit grainy along with lots of fruity hops, quite citrusy and with a decent bitter finish. Medium bodied. Pretty good, well done.

2011-05-13. Hazy dark orange body with a tiny beige head. 3+ Aroma is interesting, almost an oily citrus or citronella candle like citrus profile, modest green leafy hops. 6+ Flavour has a similar, oily orange character up front. Modest resin and green leafy hop finish. 6+ Light bitterness throughout. 6+ Average plus to medium bodied palate is under carbonated. Bit mild and muddled, but quaffable. I’d like to try the second attempt at this, perhaps on tap. Volo Cask IPA Challenge
