Commercial Description:
A slightly roasted malt gives it a light amber color. The rich flavor dominates the malt/hops balance and is very popular among most beer drinkers.

Pour out amber golden with a nice white head. Malty aroma with a touch of hops. Very smooth taste with a touch of malt. Nice clean aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours a typical golden amber color with a decent sized white head. Aroma is heavy on the yeast, somewhat sweet, malty. Taste is much the same. Rather ordinary, but drinkable and refreshing.

More deep gold with a blush of red than full blown amber. Bright white, extremely fine head settles quickly to an incomplete cap leaving minimal lacing. Nose is caramel malt, earthy, leafy hop, and a not insubstantial whiff of sulfur. Some mineral comes through with time. Pretty thin in the mouth. Some malt, but not much caramel, and not much depth. There is a pretty good dose of sulfur on the finish that it is not very pleasant. Substantial mineral content really accentuates the carbonation in this one. Not my ideal vision of fine lager carbonation. Drinkable, but little to recommend it. This is bottle 4 of my six pack. The cap indicates a best before date, but I’ll be damned if I can decipher it (and I speak passable drinking French too).

Bottle. Long lasting head, light brown color. No real aroma to speak of. Flat and thin taste... sour, almost skunky, with a little hint of some life at the end there serves only to heighten this beer’s mediocrity. Thin bodied.

Very light and rather metallic for a beer in a bottle. It tastes as though the water used may have had a high mineral content. Certainly no jaw dropper here.

Awesome bottle. Pours a light amber with a good head. The taste is quite light; an earthy sweet malt followed by a hint of hops. It’s subtle, but a lot better than 15 percentile. The bottle perhaps suggests amazing things to come, but instead it’s just good.
