AgentSteve (1334), SF Bay Area, California, USA Aug 20, 2007 15 percentile is a bit harsh, but this really isn’t a great beer. I was intrigued by the bottle and where it was from, (Alsace region) but I was dissappointed. Nice color & head, but lacks flavor. Goes down easy, but like Chinese food, leaves you wanting more, simply due to lack of substance. BuckeyeSammy (454), Cleveland, Ohio, USA Aug 15, 2007 golden amber color, nice white/tan head. Refreshing, nicely carbinaled. flavor hints of cherry, fruits. theviolet (168), New York, New York, USA Aug 10, 2007 Very smooth. Light amber color with a decent head. Watery mouthfeel, which detracts from my enjoyment. This is a great session beer. jrhammonds (28), Lincoln, Nebraska, USA Aug 8, 2007 I think this beer gets a bad rap. It pours a beautiful golden amber; nice bright fruity nose. The light carbonation complements the subtle malty, nutty and almost cherry flavors. Finishes dry with a tart turn at the end. Great summer-on-the-porch brew. shrubber85 (2836), Wallhalben, Germany Aug 3, 2007 Bottle. Sweet malt aroma. Amber color with small head. Light sweet malt flavor. LIght body but overall an enjoyable beer. scrizzz (1252), kirkland, Washington, USA Aug 1, 2007 Towering fluffy head, clear chestnut hue and light carbonation. Light flavor for an amber, slightly nutty on the back of the tongue that becomes like wet socks, finishes acidic and a little offensive. Actually gets less enjoyable with each sip. I’ll get rid of my Fischer drinking glass after drinking this. BeerWill500 (1), California, USA does not count Jul 26, 2007 Ugh. Tastes like Miller, with a slightly stronger urine component. Tastes flat quicly. Nice golden color, but the flavor leaves much to be desired. At least the bottle will be useful for homebrew. joohefner (380), Isla Vista, California, USA Jul 17, 2007 clear red gold and light head. little aroma of slightly sour bread. clean and crisp body, lager like. very one dimensional flavor of malt and light bitterness and tart fruit. very uninspired...
