Commercial Description:
A slightly roasted malt gives it a light amber color. The rich flavor dominates the malt/hops balance and is very popular among most beer drinkers.

(bottled). Brilliantly clear dark gold color. Thin malt aroma. I won't describe the flavor as "rich": slightly carmelly or nutty with a thinnish body and virtually no bitterness. Despite the lack of hop balance, the finish is lingering with a sweet malt pleasantness.

Smells and tastes more like a hard cider than a Amber ale. Anyways, I find the small amount of flavor in this beer to be pleasing to my palate.

The only thing that would make this beer better would be to not have the occasional skunk. The bottle looks good, but I have had a few that went bad. A very good tasting beer. tastes light and isn't too sweet or bitter. Has a good punch for such a light taste.

Dark gold color. Large head. Aroma is grainy and malty with a hint of corn sweetness, A medium bodied amber. Malts are sweet, touch of corn?, nutty and sweet. Hops are barley spicy. Overly sweet and not very hoppy, touch of alcohol, and kind of bland. Fizzy and over carbonated. Can’t decide if it’s a drain pour or not. It’s not that good, but it is worthy of early disposal. It a borderline call. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter, with a really bizarre and somewhat unpleasant lingering aftertaste.

Not much of a nose but nice head, nice colour and easy drink. Kind of bitter, but nothing too memorable other than that. I would never order this one again.

I did not like this beer. Skunked wheat aroma. Terrible to smell. Taste isn't much better with some metallic notes floating around. I would not buy this again.

Light amber, somewhat over-bubbly but lasting head. Smell is like a BMC can that someone used as an ashtray. Thin, somewhat sweetish palate, with a bit of sourness on the end, hop extracts perhaps? Aftertaste is of stale pepper. I would have sworn I liked this beer at one point in my life. Perhaps I'm remembering the Bitter.

A really watery beer, even if the ABV is 6%. The only good thing is an hoppy finish, but this is a pretty awful beer. Nice bottle, anyway.
