COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A slightly roasted malt gives it a light amber color. The rich flavor dominates the malt/hops balance and is very popular among most beer drinkers.

Sweet fruit smell. Rather flavorless though and its kind of disappointing.. Nice dark amber color though.

It pours amber with a large head that simmers down after a few minutes. The initial aroma is skunky but it passes and becomes a very malty scent. The body is thin. The taste is rich with sweet caramel malts with a pleasant hop ending. I used to love this beer but now it seems very average.

Amber/red in colour with thin white head. Bland, flavourless water.

Bottle from Whole Foods Vienna. Seems like it was once a decent beer, but this bottle definitely tasted a bit old. Clear amber with a nice carbonation. Light tan head. Dusty aroma with honey and a bit of citrus malt and grapefruit. A little dusty and old smelling. Flavor is sweet with honey and a bit of straw. Slightly nutty. Tastes a bit past its prime.

Rating from 08/2005. Dark golden color with medium white head. Malty aroma. Taste, malt, caramel, cerals. Bittersweet finish. Boring beer.

Appearance: clear and light copper, with a short and shrinking white head; little lace. Aroma: not much nose--lightly sweet cereal grains. Taste: watery sweet toasted grains, hint of brown sugar. Finish: nonexistent. Notes: Almost a complete absence of aroma or flavor. A session beer if you like water that tastes a little like a sweet amber ale.

Bottle. Amber, clear, white foamy head. Balanced aroma and taste... very easy to drink and enjoy. Not complex, not heavy. All around good beer with lighter body, easy to drink and pair.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a white, fluffy head. Leaves lace. Nose is extremely citrusy with just a touch of skunk. Flavor is also citrusy; there’s an edge that reminds me of a lime Life-Saver balanced against the toast. Not too bad for what it is; it’s drinkable.
