Hmm rather good in this hot spring afternoon... Color is orange with white head. Aroma is sweet, and so is the taste. Not very complex, but rather refreshing.

Pours a hazy copper color with a medium sized tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Would have liked a bit more bite, but this is good.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and some spices, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Draught. Orange body with a medium, frothy, off-white head, mostly diminishing with a fair lacing; average density of small bubbles. Moderate malty aroma (caramel) with spicy and fruity notes. Moderate-to-heavy sweet flavour; average lasting, slightly bitter finish. Light-to-medium body with a watery texture; soft carbonation. Not a complex beer, but enjoyable.

Bottle 65cl. Clear amber ale with huge head. Smell is caramel like and spicy. Very sweet beer with strange medicinal taste, difficult to define the exact spices that were used. Bitter at the finish, not exceptional.

Bottle 65 cl. Small almost beige head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Somewhat clear dark golden color. Aroma of strange fruity notes with underlying malty and light spicy with citrus notes as well. Over the palate came mild sour raspberries, cardboard, grass, and flower. Strange mix of notes. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a hint of acidic. Fruity like finish.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body under a small, off-white head. Fruity nose with some hops and pale malts. Some faint notes of raspberry too. Fruity flavor with some caramel and a little malty sourness. A little bitterness too, getting more evident in the finish. Medium body. A slightly strange beer, but decent. (090514)
