Draught: Aroma with notes of yeast, worth and grain. White, frothy head, dark yellow color. Lively carbonation. Malty/grainy and fruity flavor with hints of caramel, balanced by a pleasant hop bitterness. Long dry finish,

Dark golden coloured, small white head, alcoholic nose. Sweet malty, light grainy, weak hoppy and a way too strong alcoholic taste. Quite dry in the finish, but in general one-dimensional bock. 5.7%

Lovely copper coloured brew, but doesn't quite have the taste to live up to it. Quite plain malty, toffeeish and grainy flavour, some nuttiness and a bit of dryness, and a malt dominated finish with some dryness. Not a bad beer, but lacking a bit of interest. (Draught in Fischerbrau, Wien)
