From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild malty and subdued hoppy. Subtle bitterness. Lingering fruity and malty finish. Vague bitterness again.

Bottle. Clear wheaty golden with hunners of bubbles. Caramel and hay. Pretty crisp and refreshing with a nice dry finish.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor. Has a sweetish malty malty grainy finish.

On tap at Erdinger Cafe, Munich airport. Golden wheat body with medium head. Malty nose. Taste of corn, malts and wheat. Nice crispy texture and enjoyable.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Malty aroma of hay and caramel. Malty flavour of hay, caramel and hops. Hoppy finish.

**NOTE: I believe this to be the beer I had. It was called "Fischer’s Helles", and this is the only Helles made by a brewery called Fischer’s on this site. If I am wrong, I apologize.** On tap at Bittles Bar in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Golden with a white head. I thought it was pretty good. Kinda had a spicy, peppery background, but not really like a saison. Very easy to drink.

Draught at the brewpub. A fine cloudy zwickl, amazingly malty and with a wonderful fresh taste. Hearty and rich, with bananas and spices. A great, rich beer that is just too easy to drink. The body is light but not too light. The great amount of yeast adds a full flavor. It has a bit of honey-like sweetness, and also a fruity flavor. It is not very strongly hopped, but it is well balanced. This is really nice stuff.

Draught at Fischer Bräu, Vienna. Clear golden with frothy white head. Sweet malt and fruity hop notes. Flavour is caramel and fruit. A decent whack of bitterness which is welcomed. Clean and refreshing. Hoppy finish. Nice one.

Cloudy, pale yellow appearance with a medium white lacing head. Malty aroma with a typical housebeer character of sourish yeast, some mild hop, cellary perfumes. The flavor is similar as the aroma with notes of yeast on a malt base, mild hop in the finish. Easy drinkable, not so exciting, correct beer.

Cloudy golden coloured, small white head that went away fast. Almost the same as Brigitta Helles I’ve had the day before. Hoppy, light grainy and bready taste with notes of honey in the finish. Average one.
