(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a persistent foamy white head of medium size. Delicately, moderately toasty malt aroma with light notes of caramel and shy herbal hops in the background. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft and pleasant carbonation. Robust malty base, moderately toasty with light notes of caramel. Mildly sweet, slightly bitter finish with a warming alcohol and light notes of herbal hops. Quaffable, rounded Bock.
