COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Josh’s translation of the French: Simply fresh, simply beer...It’s the new Pêcheur, the delicate blonde pils of Fischer. A light bitterness, a welcome finesse, some notes of malt: Pêcheur is what one calls a good beer.

Adenila (1470) - - JUL 19, 2010
Draught in a bar in Quisterham, Normandie. Clear golden, sweet malty and corn aroma, standard lager taste with a bit more sweetness then the avarage. Suprised to see it marked as retired as it was in no shortage at the bar.

This beer fits its name a simple lager, fresh with a few weak fruit notes, golden color, clear modest head and a little lacing, on tap in Colmar France. Not great but not thin either.

Alldaydrinker (559) - Norwood, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 30, 2007
UPDATED: DEC 8, 2007 Draught in Strasbourg, France. Thick white foamy head, and golden light colour. Aroma was to a minimum with a slight citrus and the taste was bland. Simple Pils. There is not much more to be said about it. It was an ok brew that went decently with my dinner that night.

Very basic pills, not a lot of flavorwhat else to say ? Described as "authentic and simple" it’s true it’s quite a simple beer ...
