COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fischer Tradition is a smooth, complex beer which is fruity and has some flowery undertones. Savour it as an aperatif or with cold meats, cheese and choucroute.

UPDATED: JAN 28, 2014 0.65l bottle with flip cork. Bought at Bonarka (at the huge supermarked at the first floor) shopping mall in Krakow. Que? I don’t understand the low rating, but it can be because I’m used to terrible macrobeers from Norway. Rich, full taste of a great beer.

0,33l bottle from some small shop in Paris. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma and flavor are mostly malts with a slight cider-y taste to it that isn’t quite welcome in a beer like this. Drinkable nevertheless.

Da non disdegnare come birra da bere senza cercarci chissà cosa. Malti e dolcezza, niente di piu

Golden or light copper coloured, clear, medium head but very instable. Smell: nutty, malty, a bit of caramel, a bit flowers. Taste: quite neutral, a bit malty sweetness. Light bitterness, medium body. a bit boring.

Swing-top bottle. Pours clear bright gold with a frothy, lacy white head that quickly descends. Aroma of grass, flowers, toffee. Thin body, watery texture high carbonation. Tastes like carbonated water with a beer-like aftertaste. Probably a great choice with foods because it’s so polite and gets completely out of the way of any other tastes.

65cl bottle from some grocery store in Nice, France. Pours a crystal clear, golden-yellow colored body with a finger-width, creamy and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is somewhat malty sweet with some grain and touches of straw. Flavor is similar. Somewhat malty sweet and bready with some grain, a light straw, and touches of fruit. Finishes dry and clean with a light bitterness. Short aftertaste following a fairly rounded, medium-light body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a simple pale lager, but not bad. No off-flavors and fairly round for the style.

Flasche 65cl.

clear amber with a fine head. aroma of grass, hay, citrus and some honey. taste is not bad, but a bit too sweet and a little sour at the end.
