COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fischer Tradition is a smooth, complex beer which is fruity and has some flowery undertones. Savour it as an aperatif or with cold meats, cheese and choucroute.

Not a lot of flavor, tasted a little flat. Overall not a very memorable brew.

Flaske 0,5l fra Spar-butikk, Nice. Drukket 12 Okt 12. Lys gylden. Ikke skum. Svak papp-aroma. Smaken er søt papp med litt krydder. Litt syrlighet i ettersmaken. Vasken fikk brorparten.

66cl bottle. Floral aroma. Faded gold colour. Very little carbonation. Small diminishing head. Thick and syrupy on the palate. Slightly malty and medium sweetness. Slight taste of sparkling wine and white grapes. Abrupt finish. An unimpressive beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Something between a pale lager and an ambree in my opinion , lightly dark color with some subtle orange tones , weak and thin aroma , slightly malty taste with an invasive bitter aftertaste . Satisfying carbonation gives a refreshing character and a lasting top.

Aroma: malt and corn; Appearance: golden, clear, minimal head; Taste: light-to-medium sweetness, light bitterness (cornish in overall); Palate: light body, thin feel, average carbonation, without finish; Overall: pale lager - that’s all (+ for a bottle ;)

Drunk from 65 cl around campfire So no right discription of color and of an eventual head. Smell campfire ;-) Nah, smell some malts, some light dusty tones and a slight hint of something herby hoppy. Not much else. Taste is crispy and then right away a bit champagne like and then again pilsner with a light light sourness. Not bad actually. Bit pale and straw thin bodied... Aftertaste pils malts, floral light old hop notes. Low medium carbo, soft light creamy mouthfeel, low to medium body and a light creamy texture. Pretty ok, I guess.

This is closer to an ambree than the pale lager as listed here. Nice fruity flavor, rusty brown color and medium body. Decent beer, but definitely not a pale lager....

Bottle and on tap. Watery but agressive bitter palate. White foam, disappearing after 2 minutes. Light colour. Nice bottle. I don’t recommend it.

65cl flip top bottle from a friend. Ok white head. Clear golden pour. Ok but not great.

Bottled, 0.65l. Lightly cloudy deep golden color with mid-sized white head and lively carbonation. Aroma of caramel malt, fruits and some floral hops. Taste starts sweet malty and is followed with fresh fruity notes. Mouthfeel is a bit bland, while floral hoppy bitterness prevails in the aftertaste. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Much better than amber Fischer...
